Returns & Exchanges

CANCELLATION:

  • For prepaid orders cancellation is not available.
  • If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped.

  • For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please contact us and we will see if we can work it out for you.

EXCHANGE:

  • Our garments are all on made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange.
  • Only Size Exchange will be accepted of the same product if informed within 2 days.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at info@172threads.com. Once you receive a confirmation from our end, you will have to self-ship the item(s) to our warehouse (S-172 Greater Kailash -1, New Delhi, 110048, India).
  • After it qualifies our internal quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order asap and notify you.
  • Please note: Sale items, once sold, cannot be exchanged, returned, or replaced (including size exchanges).

RETURNS:

  • Our garments are all on made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any return.
  • Returns are allowed only if the received outfit has defects (It should not be worn and tags attached.)
  • Returns can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are not possible for color exchange. Please be sure of the color before ordering.
  • Refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE PRODUCTS:

  • If it has been damaged by you.
  • If it is altered as per specs shared by you.
  • If it has been worn.

GIFT CARDS: 

  •  We do not return or exchange gift cards.
